What should feds do differently next time in the Blagojevich case?
Was the government’s prosecution of Rod Blagojevich too complicated with its 24 criminal counts? Did enough evidence show money being funneled to Blagojevich, or was there too much emphasis on schemes that never materialized and lacked a true “smoking gun”?
