Cherry backs new plan for scholarships

Lt. Gov. John Cherry last week unveiled a common-sense solution to fully restore and fund the Michigan Promise scholarship for 96000 Michigan students. He discussed his plan Monday in Detroit, Lansing and Grand Rapids.
