This author of this "guide" was so desperate for filler that he actually listed the names of every college in the United States in this guide. That occupied 108 out of the 168 pages in this "guide". When you add the self-promotion pages and the other useless information, like a full page to show us what a high school transcript looks like, well, I think you get the idea. Amazon is risking their own credibility by offering this product for sale on their web site.
