I’m a freshman boy running a 55 on the regular and my personal best is a 52 in the 400. I also run the 200 in about 24 seconds. I really want to go to college on a scholarship. I want to know how many seconds I need to shave off before my senior year if I want a scholarship to a good school; and if you have any tips for me, that will be great too.
